When you walk through the entrance of the BP household and gain access to the main area, you can feel nothing but verticality. It was chosen to lay out the living room on double height, opening to the backyard through a generous glazing that creates an interesting game of light and shades. The focal point becomes the sofa, around which the variation of textures, geometric shapes, and colors takes place.<\/p>\n

The unity of the household lies in using a neutral chromatic palette, both on the floor and on the walls. The chromatic neutrality is often complemented by the natural shade of wood.<\/p>\n

The continuity of the verticality between the two floors is rendered by the wavy texture wall, the second wall which has the appearance of a mural painting, and the library, all three being arranged from the ground floor to the first floor.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the connector element of the entire space becomes the ladder. Thus, the staircase connects the living area made up of the office, children’s playground, living room, and kitchen with the two bedrooms from upstairs. In addition to its functional role, the staircase also has a narrative meaning, uniting the two vibes.<\/p>\n

Talking by a young family with two children, it was decided to install a hammock-like net suspended at the upper level. Thus, a playground-type interaction space and a spatial opening are made for those who serve the table on the ground floor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t
