We are a design and architectural consulting office present on the market since 2013. Our fields of activity consist in the design of public and private buildings, urban infrastructures, as well as other technical consulting services that are in line with smart and eco-efficient urban development .
Part of a design framework contract, starting in 2017, as a general designer, we ensure the authorization and execution follow-up for an average of 6 shopping centers per year, covering the center and southeast of the country. All the mentioned projects refer to greenfield objectives, our company providing all services starting with urban planning documentation, design themes, technical project in order to obtain the Building Authorization, Pt-DDE and Technical Assistance until the reception of the works.

We offer complete urban planning, architecture and interior design services, starting from concept, pre-design studies, general design in all specialties, approval and execution follow-up.
CONSULTANCY
Our office specializes in consulting on the themes of urban development and regeneration by developing analyses, guides and manuals that support the quality of urban public spaces.
INTERIOR ARRANGEMENTS
Based on extensive experience in the field of interior design, our office’s portfolio includes interior design works for restaurants, hotels, cafes, homes, office and retail spaces.
During the course of our activity, we have carried out urban planning projects, buildings intended for collective housing, private residences and buildings with mixed functions in areas such as health, education, tourism and retail. These projects were carried out both with private beneficiaries and with public administrations, at the national level.
